Overview
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Bank Manager to lead a team in providing exceptional bank products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of personal banking. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the productivity & profitability of the Bank. **This position has an additional 10% bonus potential**
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities of the Universal Bankers & Tellers; and ensures efficient and courteous service delivery.
- Fosters strong relationships with current and prospective customers through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Hires, trains, mentors, and leads team members to enhance their skills in cash management, customer service, and selling techniques.
- Implements strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention while achieving success of the branch.
- Actively participates and promotes the bank within the local community
- Generates referrals to other business partners.
- Performs as a Universal Banker and/or Teller as needed.
- Ensures banking practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in banking or a related financial services role is essential.
- Proficiency in financial software and customer relationship management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash effectively and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience within the banking sector is a plus.
