What You’ll Do
Engage Customers & Community
- Welcome walk-in customers with personalized, friendly service
- Generate leads through outbound calls and participation in local events
- Build referral networks with local businesses and community organizations
Deliver Tailored Protection
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to protect customers fully

Offer a wide range of industry-leading products including but not limited to:
- Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Personal Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycle, Boat, ATV, Life, and Roadside Assistance.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $21.15/hr
- Target Total Compensation: $54,840 – $82,260 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate’s discretion.
What You Bring
- Active Personal Lines or General P&C license (preferred, not required)
- 1+ year of sales or customer service with a sales focus preferred; insurance sales experience helpful but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Passion for relationship-building, networking, and community engagement
- Openness to coaching and feedback
- Availability Monday–Friday (9 AM–5:30 PM) and openness to work 1-2 Saturdays/month (9 AM–2 PM).
