Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. This role requires sales skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Supervise children while they are playing inside the playground.
- Disinfect playground to prevent the spread of germs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in retail math for sales analysis and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when needed.
