Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to help customers find the products they need. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
- Engage with customers to promote sales and upsell products effectively.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Operate POS system correctly and efficiently.
- Be able to utilize tint machines, both manual and computerized.
- Be able to conduct stain and paint custom matches for customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately.
- Be able to lift 70lbs +
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is beneficial but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
