Part-Time Sales & Business Development Associate

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and generate leads for local businesses (dentists, salons, property managers, office spaces, etc.)
- Make cold calls, send follow-ups, and build an outreach cadence
- Set up appointments, gather business needs, and pitch Get Clean Gurus services
- Maintain clear tracking of outreach, pipeline, and conversions
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts, targeting, and offers
- Think creatively to find new business channels and growth hacks
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, retail sales, or customer acquisition (can be informal)
- Confident and friendly communicator — especially over the phone
- Comfortable working independently and creating your own game plan
- Organized and reliable — you follow up and follow through
- Bonus if you’ve worked with service-based businesses or in the home services space
- Bonus if you're based in or familiar with Orange County, CA
Compensation:
- $16–$26/hour (based on experience)
- Plus commission per closed deal (and possible performance-based bonuses)
- Flexible schedule (20 hours/week)
- Potential for growth into full-time role with equity or leadership opportunity
