The Role: Sales Associate
We're looking for a motivated, energetic team player to join us as a Sales Associate, someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and takes pride in providing great service. This position is for 32 hours per week (Thursday through Sunday), with flexibility to pick up extra shifts as needed. Weekends are only required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Open & Close With Confidence: Help prepare the store for the day or close it down efficiently. Includes basic cash handling and daily deposit prep.
- Deliver Great Customer Service: Greet guests, answer questions, and assist with purchases in a friendly, helpful way.
- Stock & Organize Inventory: Unbox new items, ensure quality, and prepare products for display on the floor. Keep displays tidy and items restocked and full.
- Refresh Displays: Rearrange and refresh product sections to keep the store looking sharp and engaging.
- Stay Active: Be comfortable with lifting boxes, bending, and being on your feet throughout your shift.
- Clean & Presentable Space: Maintain a clean and organized store, including folding apparel and keeping counters neat.
- Use POS System: Prior experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
- Dependable and punctual with attention to detail
- Flexible availability to occasionally cover extra shifts
- Willing to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to seasonal changes in store traffic and responsibilities
- Retail experience is a plus but not required
