Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a mix of assisting clients with purchases in-store and online while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both sales and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Guide customers through financing, layaway, and custom order processes
- Upsell and recommend products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
- Process transactions efficiently, including cash, card, and financing payments
- Handle after-sales support including repairs, exchanges, and shipping updates
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred (jewelry experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred)
- Comfortable using POS systems, email, and online sales platforms
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work full-time, including saturdays
