Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional customer service skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets in such a fun environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
- Provide product knowledge to customers (kratom, hemp, vapes, and other smoking products
- Supervise store activities when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
