Retail experience required. At least a year. Must be at least 18.
Responsibilities
- Inventory: Creating new skus, organizing inventory, and counts.
- Trades (both credit and cash.)
- Evaluating the cost of games, consoles, accessories, and pricing.
- Cleaning games, the store, and your environment.
- Managing customers needs, questions, and can give them an optimum experience.
- Taking on various tasks and projects (Moving inventory around, price changes, etc)
- General retail work.
- May include tasks outside of initial job description.
Requirements
- Retail experience (1 minimum required)
- Knowledge of video games, consoles, computers, and the general gaming market.
- Strong basic math skills (You will do a lot of math here!)
- Proficient in cash register operations and financial transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store management.
- Ability to sell products not just knowledgeably but personably. Strong social skills needed.
- Knowledge of video game market trends and consumer behavior within the retail sector is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
