Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting atmosphere.
