Position Overview and Requirements:
- Schedule: Evening and Weekend availalbity is required. Hours may vary.
- Greeting customers as the enter the building.
- Building a rapport with customers through conversation and honest recommendations.
- Collaboration with other team members to creatively and efficiently maintain merchandise presentation throughout the store.
- Daily movement of inventory for restock (may be physically demanding for short periods of time).
- Efficient POS(Cash Register) operation.
- Basic math skills with the ability to calculate and count cash back.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to stand for at least 4 continuous hours.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment during peak hours.
- GOAL driven and self-motivated.
- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
