Job Overview
We are seeking a sales associate willing to come in person to famers markets in San Juan, Yorba Linda, and Ladera Ranch Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings to operate our stall. This is a great opportunity to interact with a variety of customers in person within friendly, welcoming environments. Training will be provided and will be comprehensive, so you will be well prepared to opperate the stalls. Pay will start at $20 an hour with a baseline salary of $300, increasing proportionally with sales ($10 of every $100 past $300 will be added onto your baseline salary).
Responsibilities
- Have reliable transportation with enough space to contain all equipment necessary to completely set up our stall (tables, display trays, microwave, etc).
- Setting up our food stall (preparing samples, setting up the tent, unloading equipment, etc.)
- Handling food safely and responsibly
- Representing our brand and our products accurately and positively to all customer
- Actively and accurately track daily income of the stall
- Teardown of the stall
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to display excellent customer service and interact with customers in a friendly, open manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to carry semi-heavy objects such as folding tables, small microwaves, and generators
- Capable of working independently
- No previous experience in the food industry is required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
