Summary
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tallulah CBD LLC. In this role, you will engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, helping them find the right products for their wellness needs. Your contributions will be vital in creating an enjoyable shopping experience while promoting our high-quality offerings.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Educate customers about the benefits of our wellness products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
