Trippiez Smoke Shop is now accepting applications for a full time position at our Soco location!
We are looking for associates with exceptional customer service skills and passion for the smoke and vape industry. Prior retail experience is highly recommended for this position. Self-motivation, open, honest, and positive attitudes are qualities we are searching for at Trippiez Smoke Shop. We are hiring for 1 full time (30-40) position. Weekends & closing required. Roles looking to be filled ASAP. We'd love for you to join your friendly neighborhood smoke shop. Trippiez: No Bad Trips!

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and workspace (daily checklist enforced)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable about the products and services offered
- Meet sales goals and targets
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attentive to details is a plus
- Experience in a smoke shop/related field or personal knowledge is a plus

-Must be able to lift 50lbs or more due to product weight
