Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Richmond is looking for a professional, motivated, & friendly Retail Sales Associate with previous retail experience to join our pack! Ideal candidate will have great compassion for animals, a strong commitment to customer service, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
Woof Gang Bakery is a leader in the pet franchise industry providing the very best in pet care. Each Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming location is a neighborhood store, offering gourmet dog treats, healthy pet foods, pet supplies, accessories, and pet grooming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience
· Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs
· Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients
· Set grooming schedules based on customer requests
· Place orders for retails
· Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels
· Create and maintain personal clientele info with regular communication and customer follow-up
· Actively participate in merchandising standards
· Assist staff in driving store initiatives
· Assist customer events in store and in neighborhoods
· Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
· Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
