All candidates must have weekend availability. Prior retail experience is highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with other associates to achieve daily sales and operations goals
- Create community with our customer and consignor clients by providing outstanding customer service
- Execute operational tasks including: markdowns, inventory processing, merchandising, stocking, fitting room duties, light cleaning duties, and other typical retail functions
- Accurate cash handling - cashiering, consignor cash payouts
- Maintain an organized work space
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed per the direction of the Manager on Duty - e.g. box up donations, email customer list etc.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, escalate accordingly and ask questions if something is unclear, suggest ideas if things can be improved.
Must have a minimum weekly availability of three partial days, including open weekend availability.
