Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store targets
Experience:
- Previous experience working in retail or customer service is required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to customers
- English is required , Spanish is required
- Previous experience smoke and vape Sales is a plus
- Knowledge of industry Products
