Wireless Zone, an Authorized Retailer for Verizon Wireless, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, grow store performance, and provide outstanding experiences for our customers. What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused environment.
- Drive sales performance by setting goals, coaching team members, and implementing effective strategies.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed targets.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, wireless carrier guidelines, and local regulations.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and merchandising to ensure a well-organized and appealing store.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that values accountability, communication, and growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or sales-driven environment (wireless experience a plus).
- Passion for wireless technology and helping customers stay connected.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Understanding of employment and labor practices is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
