Retail Sales Professional (Fit Expert)
Location: Anaheim Hills – Canyon Plaza
Compensation: $20–$22 per hour + commission, spiffs, and bonuses
Schedule: Part-time (15–30 hours/week to start) – Potential to grow into full-time based on performance and passion

Our mission is to improve lives through expert shoe fitting and personalized service. We are currently seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Professionals for our Anaheim Hills location.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a personalized one-on-one customer experience
- Perform foot analysis and provide tailored product recommendations using our Core Fundamentals
- Educate customers on comfort footwear, arch support, and lifestyle solutions
- Represent high-end, exclusive brands with confidence and integrity
- Help resolve customer concerns with care and professionalism
- Promote store initiatives like our Rewards Program
- Support a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience (relationship selling strongly preferred)
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work 15–30 hours per week, including most weekends and some holidays
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
