Pay: $17–$20 per hour (Base Pay) + Bonuses
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays)

Position Summary:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll engage with walk-in customers, provide product and service knowledge, and support them through the purchasing process. Your goal is to build trust, provide solutions, and help meet individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in-store
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service plans
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Keep displays organized and merchandise stocked
- Process sales, upgrades, and returns accurately
- Work closely with your team to meet sales and service goals
- Stay informed on the latest devices, promotions, and services
- Share feedback with leadership for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products/services
- Goal-oriented and reliable with a team-first mindset
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work varied shifts
