We are currently seeking a Store Lead who is business-minded, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic retail atmosphere. This is a key leadership position, ideal for someone who loves using standards and processes to drive results while supporting a positive, respectful team culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Take ownership of day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
· Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and supporting team performance
· Maintain store standards, organization, and cleanliness both inside and outside
· Support the achievement of sales goals by prioritizing and assigning tasks that impact revenue
· Ensure all team members are trained on store layout, daily responsibilities, and procedures
· Deliver regular updates to General Manager and respond to store needs with urgency and professionalism
· Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, both verbally and in writing
· Troubleshoot store technology and tools as needed

Qualifications
· 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Basic comfort with retail technology (e.g., point-of-sale systems, tablets)
· Interest in wellness and crystals is a plus—but not required

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
