We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle – Training Supervisor for our Gentell Nutritional Services (GNS) division. This position reports to the GNS Revenue Cycle Manager. The Training Supervisor is responsible for training new hires on all systems, processes and procedures related to order processing, billing, and the entire revenue cycle. They also provide ongoing training and support to existing employees to improve productivity and develop employees’ expertise in their roles. This person will specialize in the use of Brightree and other related systems.
Responsibilities:
- Produce training materials and SOPs and manage training documentation.
- Train employees both in person and remotely on the systems, processes, and procedures of the entire GNS Revenue Cycle.
- Support the continued career development of team members in the GNS Revenue Cycle department.
- Provide on-going supervision for team members in the GNS Revenue Cycle department.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with different types of people and skill levels.
- Experience with training staff on the revenue cycle systems, processes, and procedures.
- Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical software systems.
- Strong understanding of insurance, orders, billing, and all components of the revenue cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to write training guides and SOPs.
- Strong computer skills
- Analytical mind and ability to solve problems.
- Highly organized, responsible, and a self-starter.
- Experience with Brightree is a plus.
- Experience in a DME company is a plus.
