Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, providing medical support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience in acute care or clinic settings
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong understanding of discharge planning and patient service coordination
- Knowledge of emergency room procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with inhale care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
