Job Summary
The RN Case Manager is responsible for the overall care coordination and management of observation and inpatients. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure appropriate care and resource utilization. Key Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from a school of nursing with a degree in registered nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Care Management is required.
- Certifications:
