Responsibilities include:
- Maintain nursing practice standards and protocols for sub-acute detox and residential service
- Medication administration
- Review medical paperwork of client’s seeking admission to determine appropriateness of care in the absence of the DON
- Perform Nursing assessment on all new clients
- Audit active and closed charts to assure compliance with documentation standards
- Reports all pertinent information to DON
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience
- Licensed in New Jersey with current BLS
- Knowledge of chemical dependence and 12 Step programs preferred
- Computer literate preferred
- Possess a valid NJ Driver’s License
