- 13 Week Duration | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 36hrs GTD
Travel Offer:
- Estimated Weekly Total: $2,207.20
- Stipend included: $1,246
- Hourly Pay: $26.70, O.T: $40.05
- Travel reimbursement: $500

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Primary Location: Humboldt Park Health - Chicago, IL
- Shift Requirements: 12 Hour Days , 0700a-7;30p
- Float Requirements: Float to Med/Surg if needed. May be floated to other units and tasked as an aid for additional support. *Will know at beginning of each shift what floor they assigned to*
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- Holidays: every other holiday
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates.
- Required skillset: Perform phlebotomy. Need to be able to read and interpret strips.
- ·Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 24 bed 1:7 patient ratio
- Scrub Colors: Royal Blue
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years MS Tele experience - Required
- NO NEW TRAVELERS - at least one completed contract required
- Charting Experience: Meditech preferred - mandatory Meditech training must be done in compliance
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Illinois
