Your Role
As a Nursing Supervisor, you’ll oversee care in the field, support clinical staff, and ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support field nurses on night shift cases.
- Conduct monthly on-site visits and clinical assessments.
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to uphold care standards.
- Provide training to new nurses and ongoing education.
- Occasionally assist with shift coverage or patient rounds.
- Availability for visits during overnight or early morning hours.
What You Bring
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Pediatric nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR CubHub program
- Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused mindset
