Specific duties of the Clinical Risk Manager, include but are not limited to the following:
Review and analysis of all incoming occurrence reports for regulatory and insurance concerns
Conduct clinical analysis of occurrences to determine next steps of requisite follow up
Conduct root cause analysis investigations
Serve as a risk management resource to all clinical/support departments.
Coordinate risk management educational programs
Investigate complex clinical resident complaints/ethical questions
Qualifications include:
Masters preferred
CPHRM preferred
5 Plus years Risk Management/ Eduacator experience
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication, problem solving and organizational skills
Computer literacy
