1st Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am
Part-Time and PRN shifts available
All RN Supervisor's will also work E/O weekend and rotating holidays.
Compensation: Dependent on experience
+ $3.00 shift differential for 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift and Weekends

Education Requirements:
  • Licensed R.N. in State of Wisconsin
Job Responsibility Overview:
  • Facility Management & Planning: Assume responsibility for the entire facility in the absence of the Administrator and Director of Nursing, assess resident needs, plan staffing, and ensure continuity of care between shifts.

  • Staff Coordination & Organization: Assign staffing based on resident needs, manage ill/absent calls, and oversee unit activities including care delivery, staff orientation, and performance evaluation.

  • Leadership & Direction: Provide clear directives, lead emergency situations, identify and resolve safety hazards, and guide staff development and incident investigation.

  • Quality of Care & Communication: Intervene with physicians, provide family support, communicate effectively, share ideas for service improvements, and maintain up-to-date healthcare knowledge.

  • Professional Growth & Work Standards: Participate in professional development programs, maintain compliance with mandatory education, uphold confidentiality, and ensure safety and infection control standards are met.
