Summary
As a Nursing Supervisor at Kissito Healthcare, you will play a vital role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence in healthcare services while fostering a compassionate environment for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care.
- Ensure effective communication between staff, patients, and families regarding care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards, especially in senior or rehabilitative settings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on dignity and respect.

Pay: $34.00 - $42.50 per hour
