Position Overview
A Roadie Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance with inquiries, complaints, product information, and various concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous support while ensuring a positive customer experience. Be able to assist the customer in a clear and effective manner over the phone or email. They are able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue and have the ability to manage a wide range of issues simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Identify and escalate priority issues and trends to management for further investigation
Use service desk software to log calls and track tickets
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department/tier when necessary
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and issue tracking
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers
Data Entry – assist when needed on various projects
Other miscellaneous administrative functions to support the people department

Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
+1 year of experience of customer service preferred +1 year of experience of restaurant experience is preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual preferred; verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
