Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service calls from stranded motorists.
- Provide roadside assistance including tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, lockout services.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Use GPS and mapping applications to locate customers quickly.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in automotive repair, towing, or roadside assistance preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
Familiarity with GPS and other navigation tools.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
