We’re a new locally-owned roofing company with absolutely no reputation yet and we need help creating the amazing reputation we will have soon! You will be joining a small team that actually enjoys what we do. Our culture is built around hard work, honesty, land having a little fun along the way (think less corporate jargon, more getting things done with people you actually like).
We’re looking to add a motivated, personable Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives to our crew. If you're driven, enjoy meeting new people, and want to make serious income while learning valuable skills—this might just be your new favorite job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Canvassing neighborhoods to connect with homeowners
- Educating customers about our roofing services
- Performing free roof inspections (All training is provided so you know what you're doing!)
- Following up with leads, closing deals, and earning commissions
- Representing our company with professionalism and a smile (bonus points for dad jokes)
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working on foot, outdoors, and engaging with people
- Coachable mindset—open to feedback and learning (We are tweaking our process daily)
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone (yes, we use apps to make your life easier)
- Sales experience is great, but not required—we train!
