Overview
We are seeking to add Roofers to join our team. Experience is desired but we are willing to train. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights safely. As a Roofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of roofing systems for commercial properties.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as insulation, cover board and membrane.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of roofing materials and equipment.
- Use power tools such as circular saws, scruguns, drills, adhesive machines
- Assist in loading and downloading material to/from the roof.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
- Measure, cut install metal trim, coping, wall and roof panels.
- Help keep the work area clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working at heights or on scaffolding.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
Experience
- Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred but we are willing to train.
- Experience with trim carpentry is beneficial for completing roofing projects effectively.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools relevant to roofing tasks safely.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations pertaining to roofing work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for quality workmanship.
- Willing to train in all aspects of the trade

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
