Job Overview:
We need a hard-working, well-organized, and personable Production Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations for our roofing jobs. This role involves coordinating with homeowners and insurance companies to keep jobs on track and problem-solve as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete all required documentation related to the supplementing process.
- Coordinate and conduct calls with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim approvals.
- Perform on-site pre-supplement inspections to assess project needs and scope.
- Assist in scheduling and supporting project timelines and logistics.
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors.
- Ability to lift and transport materials if needed.
- Availability to work in the office Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (or earlier/later
- depending on build schedules).
- Availability for Saturday work as needed.
