Your Responsibilities:
Generate and manage roofing sales through in-person and digital channels.
Conduct roof inspections, assess damage, and provide estimates.
Educate customers on roofing options, warranties, and financing.
Oversee projects from contract signing to job completion.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
Work with crews, suppliers, and insurance companies to streamline the process.
What You Need:
**Sales Experience** – Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
**Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills** – Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners.
**Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented** – Driven to succeed and earn top dollar.
**Basic Tech Skills** – Ability to use CRM software, emails, and digital contracts.
**Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License** – You’ll be meeting clients in the field.
**Ability to Climb Ladders & Assess Roofs** – Safety training provided!
