All Concepts Roofing is looking for hard-working, dependable individuals to join our Tear-Off Crew. As a Tear-Off Crew Member, you’ll be on the front lines of the roofing process—removing old roofing materials, prepping roofs for installation, and helping ensure that every home we service is ready for lasting protection.
What You’ll Do
- Safely remove existing roofing materials, including shingles and underlayment
- Replace damaged or rotted plywood decking
- Install drip edge along roof perimeters
- Apply ice & water barrier in critical areas
- Roll out and secure synthetic underlayment as prep for final roofing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work closely with the rest of the roofing team to ensure top-quality results
What We’re Looking For
- Prior roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working at heights and on sloped surfaces
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-player mindset with attention to detail and safety

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
