We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roustabout to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks on construction sites and oil rigs, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and drilling rigs as needed.
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of oil rigs and drilling sites.
- Perform tasks such as digging, building, and rigging to support drilling operations.
- Participate in horizontal drilling projects by preparing sites and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
- Collaborate with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or oil and gas industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including cranes, forklifts, and drilling rigs.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if necessary.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
