We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused RV Sales Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the RV buying process—from first contact to final delivery
- Build relationships and listen to customer needs to recommend the right RVs
- Conduct product walk-throughs and demonstrate key features and benefits
- Stay knowledgeable on all makes, models, and current promotions
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential buyers
- Work closely with the finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in a team-oriented environment
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience (RV, automotive, or high-ticket items preferred)
- Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
