Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches, RVs, and buses.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all major RV systems (brakes, hydraulics, air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators, stoves, plumbing, slides, jacks, propane/LP).
- Complete tire and brake checks.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems (120V AC and 12V DC).
- Perform basic woodworking, cabinetry, and interior repairs.
- Service and maintain generators.
- Manage work orders: document time, cause, correction, and escalate when needed.
- Keep vehicles clean and notify service advisor of any condition changes.
- Use, store, and maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RV service/repair experience (preferred).
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to commute
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
