Experienced RV Technician wanted for a custom RV facility. Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience as an RV Technician in service (not PDI) and have training certifications through organizations such as Dometic, Suburban, LCI, Dexter, Norcold, etc.
Successful candidates will possess great organizational skills and be able to work independently. Must have attention to detail and be able to perform quality diagnostics and repairs. Candidates must also be comfortable with technical documentation and paperwork required to complete the job. This job will require great personal and communications skills in dealing with our customers.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- troubleshoot problems and make accurate diagnoses of problems promptly including electrical, heating, plumbing and appliances,
- use knowledge of equipment, mechanics and skills in repair of all types of RV issues and maintenance,
- write up warranty claims including complaint, cause and correction,
- utilize Spader for correctly coding and allocating time to repairs
- order RV parts in conjunction with repair,
- communicate problems and recommend repairs to our customers,
- uphold the highest quality of customer service with a goal of "no comebacks”
Applicants will need to be able to provide proof of previous employment. Technicians must possess a valid driver's license and without any major violations in the last 3 years. Technicians must furnish their own tools.
The offer is for a full time position with competitive wages and health insurance. Technicians are able to earn 80k-120k a year. Shop has all weekends and holidays off. As a technician ran shop with a family first mindset, technicians are able to take time off for trips, family events and kid events with no pressure or backlash.
