工作目标：

完成或超额完成负责区域的年度学术推广目标，遵守公司规章制度

工作内容：

1. 负责区域的医院处方药产品的市场推广，完成或超额完成年度学术推广目标；

2. 根据公司要求，每日对负责区域的医生进行日常学术拜访，每周准时完成并提交公司系统中的拜访计划和拜访记录；

3. 组织科室会和区域性学术会议；

4. 辅助上级主管与商业公司沟通，确保产品供应畅通；

5. 掌握公司的产品知识，清晰地将产品介绍给负责区域内的客户医生；

6. 完成上级主管分配的工作。

职位要求：

• 大专或以上学历，药学或相关专业优先考虑

• 具有制药销售2年以上工作经验, 有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;

• 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地判断能力;

• 良好地沟通和语言表达能力;

• 热爱销售工作，负有责任心，能承受工作压力;

• 具有团队合作精神，能经常出差;
