In this Sales Account Associate role, you will play an integral part in supporting our telecommunications clients, managing key accounts, and contributing to the growth of our sales initiatives by executing customer-facing promotional sales solutions. Sales Account Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer-facing sales solutions on behalf of our brand partner to promote telecommunications offerings to new customers
- Manage and support new customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving billing concerns, and providing basic technical assistance with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
- Deliver clear and strategic communication, presenting tailored product and service recommendations based on individual client needs
- Foster long-term client relationships by guiding business customers through the sales cycle and ensuring consistent satisfaction post-sale
- Collaborate with internal departments to help develop and implement client acquisition strategies and market expansion initiatives
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and promotional offerings to deliver up-to-date information to clients
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team feedback sessions to continuously enhance personal and team performance
Sales Account Associate Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer service, account management, or client-facing role; prior experience with business accounts is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and influence.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with a commitment to client success and team collaboration.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
