Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Representative to lead regional sales efforts, manage key accounts, and help expand our customer base across diverse markets. This role involves both selling and leasing our suite of mobile and modular products, with a strong focus on consultative selling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop customized proposals and pricing for both sale and lease options.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of units.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide space planning solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in modular structures, construction rentals, or industrial equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of leasing terms, pricing structures, and ROI selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience selling to industries such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, education, or government.
- Knowledge of building codes and site setup requirements for modular units.
