We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Uphold phone etiquette when managing customer calls or inquiries.
- Foster a welcoming environment for all customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
