We're currently seeking Sales Assistants to support our Sales Account Executives and help drive the most opportunistic environment for our salesforce. You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role, keeping things running smoothly while ensuring our brokers can focus on what they do best, selling and serving our clients. This role is Monday-Friday, in-person at our Crestview Hills, KY location.
Position Overview:
We are looking for highly organized and proactive Sales Assistants to work directly with our freight brokers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in communication, and has strong organizational skills. You’ll play a key role in the success of our sales team by keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate can:
- Book and coordinate appointments for Sales Account Executives
- Handle incoming broker emails quickly and professionally
- Build and manage loads accurately within our system
- Support the sales process and contribute to a high-functioning team environment
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
The ideal candidate has:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email communication platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting others
