Sales Consultant
Alexander Buick GMC of Simi Valley is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our sales team is driven to provide our customers with the most effective and responsive sales support team possible.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer facing sales support via phone and email. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing product information and technical support to customers. The role requires a strong customer focus with the ability to solve problems and create solutions. The successful candidate must have experience in the automotive industry, a strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through out the sales cycle
- Handle all aspects of customer orders from initial contact through to delivery
- Contact customers via phone, email, live chat and or in-person to ensure orders are complete, accurate and ready for shipment
- Use our web based system, ERP system or CRM system to enter data and maintain records
- Prepare reports as requested
- Prepare presentations of new and/or existing customer relationships to management team
- Manage sales calls between customers, current order books and future orders using our web based system or CRM system
- Attend Sales Meetings as required.
