Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos to drive sales
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records efficiently
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase revenue
- Competency in cash handling procedures
- Understanding of retail math concepts for pricing and discounts
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for serving diverse customer needs
