We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for retail operations.
*Responsibilities* - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in locating and selecting products - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements - Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries or orders -
*Requirements* - Must be 21+ years old per Georgia T21 - Experience in conducting product demonstrations is preferred - Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling money transactions - Ability to manage stock levels and ensure products are readily available for customers - Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling techniques - Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers or taking orders
