- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while providing receipts to customers.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
